Mount Fuji Trekking

3776m high Mt.Fuji opened at 1 July.
I went there to get to the summit.
As it was still rainy season,most of passengers in a bus to Mt.Fuji 5th station
from Shinjuku West bus terminal were foreign tourists.

I started climbing at 10:30PM.It was so windy!!
Above 7th station it became like a storm.

I got to main 8th station at 3400m around 3:30AM,there still was a thick and chilly fog.
As I knew all mountain huts after here were still closed,I finally gave up getting to the peak.

I don't have any photos this time.
I took the video in the descending route.You see it was still very windy!

I will try again in this season.
