June is notorious for rainy season in Japan.

But you can enjoy sightseeing even if it rains.

In June, we can enjoy viewing hydrangea or ajisai in Japanese.

Hydrangea comes from the Latin words for water and vessel.
It looks its best in rain just like the name.

Near Tokyo, Kamakura is famous for hydrangea.
It takes about an hour from Shinkuku by train.
