've been working in the food & beverage industry for about 8 years include as a part time.

 

I experienced all Japanese, Chinese and French restaurant, but

Chinese restaurant is the longest one I worked I am a Japanese though. ^_^


There were a lot of Japanese chef in the kitchen but we used Cantonese for ordering.

That's why I'm good at Cantonese.


No, just kidding.

Only I know the menu in Cantonese.

So I could order in China!!!


...may be!?

鮑魚(Pao Yui)...Abalone

蝦仁(Ha-yan)...Shrimp

烏賊(Yaui-)‥Squid

皮鴨(Pin-a-)‥Peking Duck

 

Let's see the Chinese character at the Chinese restaurant!!

 

It's a quite fan!!!


*I'm sorry for the people who speaks Cantonese.
