Chinese restaurant is the longest one I worked I am a Japanese though. ^_^
There were a lot of Japanese chef in the kitchen but we used Cantonese for ordering.
That's why I'm good at Cantonese.
No, just kidding.
Only I know the menu in Cantonese.
So I could order in China!!!
