Spare the rod and spoil the child

The highest temperature of Tokyo of today was 21.5℃, and average warmth in the middle of May. However, it snowed also in Tokyo the other day.

This seems to have been the same also in France to which my daughter had gone recently. She has gone to France for about one month while doing the homestay, and it seems to have gone to London and Belgium.
