The price of cigarette has been raised in this fifteen years.

By the way,all guest rooms in SAKURA HOTEL HATAGAYA become non-smoking after 15 February.
We are sorry to say that for smokers.
So today I would like to show you some of my favorite photos we took during the last year. There are so many, that I had a hard time choosing. LOL
Here we go!
I'm sure we'll take many many photos this year as well. ^^
In fact, I can speak Portuguese Language as I told in my self-introduction.
This is Aveiro in Portugal where I've lived for a year for studying.
So today I will teach you some phrases in Portuguese to be able to introduce yourself in Portuguese!
1. Greetings
"Good morning!" = "Bom dia!"
"Good evening!" = "Boa tarde!"
"Hi!" = "Olá!"
Usually, Brazillian people say "Oi!" as often as "Olá!".
And since "Bom dia!" means "Good day", they also use it when they say bye-bye.
2. Self-Introduction
My name is ... = Chamo-me ... (Sha-mo mi...)
I am from Japan ... = Eu sou do Japão.
Nice to meet you. = Muito prazer.
If you remember and show these phrases to Brazillian, Portuguese and other people from Luso-Brazillian countries,
you may be able to make friends with them soon :) Like me --->

*At Sakura Cafe, we often have some international events like Portuguese Party.
Why don't you join us?! :)
"Tokyo Sky Tree" will Open in the Narihirabashi/Oshiage area of Sumida Ward, Tokyo in May,2012.
As you know it is the tallest tower of the world!!
Then one of the nearest station to Tokyo sky Tree will change the name.
The station "Narihira-bashi" will be " Tokyo Sky Tree Staion" in Mar.17.
And this area will be big shoping and sightseeing area.
From Sakura Hotel Hatagaya, it takes 40-45 min by train.
Why don't you come to see this great structure!!
Since all of us have been writing introduction posts lately, I thought I'd jump on the train and tell you all a bit more about myself. XD
I'm Anne from Germany and have been living in Japan since February 2011. I started working at Sakura Hotel Hatagaya in March 2011.
I speak German, English and Japanese. I also used to learn French in school, but I forgot most of it unfortunately.
I have been to Japan as an exchange student before and fell in love with the country. I have met so many great people here, who make Japan my second home.
Two of my favorite places in Japan are Kamakura and the Fuji Five Lakes. I love to go there whenever I can.
I love Japanese and Italian food. I could eat Okonomiyaki, Ramen or Pasta everyday. Oh, and I eat way too many sweets for my own good, but I just can't resist all the delicious cakes and deserts that are sold at every corner here in Japan. ^^;
My hobbies are hoopdance, going to Jazz clubs, eating out and sleeping.
I usually don't sleep at work though. ;)
Since I started working at Sakura Hotel Hatagaya, the number of countries I would like to visit has
increased dramatically, because we have so many guests from all around the world, who
tell us about their home countries.
I hope to see you soon at Sakura Hotel Hatagaya!
Do you remember this? You might see it on this
blog before.
It's a slime nikuman! I guess some of you
could not help buying it. Or you might be one of the people who could not find
it, since it was sold out so quickly. Did you know that there was a second chance
for you? Circle K Sunkus have sold a nikuman like this!! Hello Kitty Nikuman (custard cream flavor) Who would have guessed that a nikuman like
that would be produced again... Actually, I have just found out that it was on
sale! I heard that at many Circle K Sunkus stores it has been sold out already
because it was produced only in limited numbers. If you were lucky enough to get it, please let
us know!! *The picture of Hello Kitty nikuman was
